The "Presidential Advance Manual" Available Online
The RNC internal document known as the Presidential Advance Manual is now available online from the ACLU. As you might guess, a great majority of it is redacted before being made available, but the real meat and potatoes is still there. It fully details the RNC's plans for dealing with protestors, from just basic countermeasures including counter demonstrators, to complete removal from the area of the event.
As detailed by 2600.com, the Republicans have no qualms about circumventing civil rights and intimidating people expressing theirs. This is a perfect reason why Michael Bloomberg should never be allowed another public office for his complicity in this plot.

lokk likes you have the Clinton Plan on your Hands
I do so hope that you don't mean what you sound like you mean in that post. The complete lack of grammar and spelling makes it hard to tell.
Let's say that in short, if you had checked a few things, you'd be left with no doubt as to who's administration had published this:
1) The date
2) The content (referring to using "young republicans" as counter demonstrators)
3) The source
Although the ACLU is "liberal," it would be reasonable to note that they actually do have a handle on the facts, especially as regards matters of civil rights.
Oh, and Anon, deary, would you be so kind as to post your name (even a screen name) and, perhaps, your home page link? It takes a lot of effort to post these kinds of comments (especially for how strained you appear to be with simple tasks like spelling), but it takes a lot more bravery to come out and take a swing without hiding.
If I'm mistaken, and you didn't mean this, then that's fine. If, however, you prefer to take shots in the dark, hoping someone won't call you out, then by all means, go right ahead, but don't be surprised when you get bitten.
Think for yourselves, not what your dad told you to think.
